Grand Hotel Baglioni
Staff was polite but not exactly friendly. Garden room was not what we expected. It’s just rooms on a terrace that you access by going outside. The only window is in the bathroom that is outdated and the plaster was cracked in the shower. The beds were pretty hard as well.

Had to call the front desk 5 times in the middle of the night to get help getting the people next door to shut their blaring tv off so I could sleep and was brushed off and dealt with ...
